Description

A hearty and comforting dish, Crockpot Beef Tips & Noodles features tender beef simmered in a savory mushroom gravy and served over egg noodles. Perfect for busy weeknights, this dish is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can beef broth (use the cream of mushroom soup can to measure)
  • Egg noodles (for serving)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Beef: Place the beef stew meat into the crockpot.
  • Add Seasonings and Soups: Sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix and brown gravy mix over the beef. Add the cream of mushroom soup and drained mushrooms.
  • Add Beef Broth: Pour in one can of beef broth (measured using the cream of mushroom can) and stir everything until well combined.
  • Cook the Beef: Cover the crockpot and cook on Low for 6–8 hours or on High for 3–4 hours, until the beef is tender and flavors are blended.
  • Prepare the Noodles: Near the end of the cooking time, cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  • Serve: Serve the beef tips and sauce over the egg noodles. Enjoy!
