- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can beef broth (use the cream of mushroom soup can to measure)
- Egg noodles (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Place the beef stew meat into the crockpot.
- Add Seasonings and Soups: Sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix and brown gravy mix over the beef. Add the cream of mushroom soup and drained mushrooms.
- Add Beef Broth: Pour in one can of beef broth (measured using the cream of mushroom can) and stir everything until well combined.
- Cook the Beef: Cover the crockpot and cook on Low for 6–8 hours or on High for 3–4 hours, until the beef is tender and flavors are blended.
- Prepare the Noodles: Near the end of the cooking time, cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
- Serve: Serve the beef tips and sauce over the egg noodles. Enjoy!
