- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound medium pasta shells
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon until fully cooked and golden brown. Drain excess fat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the browned beef to a crockpot. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over the top, then add the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 4โ5 hours. Stir occasionally if possible to meld flavors together.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta shells according to package directions until just shy of al dente. Drain well.
- Add the cooked pasta shells to the crockpot and gently fold into the beef mixture, ensuring even coating.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top. Cover and cook for an additional 15โ20 minutes until the cheese is melted and creamy.
- Gently stir to incorporate melted cheese. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
