Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Gather all ingredients. If using black beans, rinse and drain them well.
- Combine in Crockpot:
- Dump the cream of chicken soup, drained black beans (if using), and the can of Rotel (including juice) into the crockpot.
- Add Chicken:
- Dice the raw chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the crockpot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook:
