Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts (or any preferred nut)
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups butterscotch chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional for added texture)

Instructions

  1. Place the dry roasted peanuts, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips into the Crockpot.
  2. Cover and set the Crockpot on low heat for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally. Once the chocolate is fully melted and combined, stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. If desired, fold in mini marshmallows for extra texture and sweetness.
  4. Use a spoon to drop spoonfuls of the candy mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  5. Let the candy clusters cool completely until set, which should take about 30 minutes to an hour.
  6. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
