Description

This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a delicious and easy meal that’s perfect for busy nights. With layers of frozen cheese ravioli, ground beef, marinara sauce, and lots of melted cheese, it’s a family favorite that takes minimal prep time. Throw it together in the crockpot and let it cook while you go about your day, and it will be ready when you need it!


Ingredients

  • 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar (24 oz) of your favorite pasta sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained (or 2 lbs for a meatier dish)

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain any excess fat.
  • In your crockpot, spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom.
  • Add a layer of frozen cheese ravioli on top of the sauce.
  • Layer the cooked ground beef evenly over the ravioli.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the beef.
  • Add another layer of ravioli, followed by sauce and cheese, repeating the layers until all ingredients are used.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the ravioli is fully cooked.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the sauce by using marinara, meat sauce, or even Alfredo.
  • Add extra vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to make it more nutritious.
  • You can also use Italian sausage instead of ground beef for a different flavor.
