- 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 cup crispy wonton strips
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Napa cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
- Add the cooked chicken, toasted almonds, sesame seeds, and crispy wonton strips to the bowl.
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until evenly coated.
