A simple, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza, this Crustless Pizza Bake combines mozzarella, marinara, and your favorite pizza toppings for a delicious and satisfying meal.

- 1 jar RAO’s marinara
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage (or meat combo of choice)
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- Mushrooms (to taste)
- Onions (to taste)
- Additional pizza toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Pour 1/2 cup marinara in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix all toppings (sausage, pepper, mushrooms, onions, etc.) with 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup marinara.
- Pour the topping mixture into the pan.
- Top with the remaining 2 cups of mozzarella.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
- Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes if desired.
