Description

A simple, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza, this Crustless Pizza Bake combines mozzarella, marinara, and your favorite pizza toppings for a delicious and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 jar RAO’s marinara
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage (or meat combo of choice)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • Mushrooms (to taste)
  • Onions (to taste)
  • Additional pizza toppings of your choice

Instructions

  • Pour 1/2 cup marinara in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix all toppings (sausage, pepper, mushrooms, onions, etc.) with 1 cup mozzarella and 1 cup marinara.
  • Pour the topping mixture into the pan.
  • Top with the remaining 2 cups of mozzarella.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
  • Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes if desired.
  • Enjoy!
