Description

Cucumber Lemon Mint Infused Water is a refreshing and hydrating drink perfect for warm days or as a healthy alternative to sugary beverages. This simple infusion combines crisp cucumber, zesty lemon, and cooling mint for a naturally flavored water that helps you stay energized and refreshed.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 56 fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups cold filtered water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves to a large pitcher or jar.
  2. Pour in the cold filtered water.
  3. Let the mixture infuse in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours for best flavor. For a stronger infusion, refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve cold, over ice if desired.
  5. Optional: Refill the pitcher with more water once or twice before replacing the ingredients.

Notes

  • Use organic produce when possible, especially if you’re leaving the peels on.
  • Gently bruise the mint leaves before adding to release more flavor.
  • This recipe is great for detoxing, digestion, and hydration support.
