- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Add diced cucumbers, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions to the bowl.
- Gently mix everything together until the cucumbers are well coated in the dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled as a side or dip with crackers or chips.
Notes
- Use thick-cut bacon for extra crunch and flavor.
- English cucumbers work best for less water content and better crunch.
- Can be made a few hours ahead, but best enjoyed the same day.
