Delicious dark chocolate bark infused with coffee flavor and topped with crunchy nuts and a hint of sea salt.

- 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher), chopped
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
- 1 tbsp coffee beans, coarsely crushed (optional)
- 1/4 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the instant espresso powder until fully dissolved.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread it evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts, crushed coffee beans (if using), and flaky sea salt evenly over the top.
- Let the bark set at room temperature until firm, or refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.

- Adjust espresso powder to taste for stronger coffee flavor.
- Store at cool room temperature or in the fridge for longer freshness.
