- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the Cake Layer: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix (dry), instant chocolate pudding mix, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until everything is just combined. The batter will be thick.
