This Delicious Cheeseburger Pizza brings together the best of both worlds – a classic cheeseburger and a delicious pizza! With a savory beef topping, melted cheese, pickles, and all the best burger fixings on a crispy pizza crust, it’s a fun and tasty twist on your usual pizza night.
Ingredients
For the Pizza:
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup pickles, sliced (dill or sweet pickles, as preferred)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp ketchup (optional, for drizzling)
- 2 tbsp mustard (optional, for drizzling)
For the Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
Drain any excess grease and stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, mustard (if using), salt, and pepper. Set aside.2️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it as well for a crispier crust.3️⃣ Prepare the Pizza Dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.4️⃣ Assemble the Pizza
Spread a thin layer of the prepared mayo-ketchup-mustard sauce over the pizza dough.
Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef and onion mixture over the sauce.
Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, making sure to cover the beef evenly.5️⃣ Bake the Pizza
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.6️⃣ Garnish and Serve
