These Dessert Quesadillas are a deliciously sweet treat combining crunchy peanut butter, gooey marshmallow cream, and melted chocolate, all sandwiched between flour tortillas and cooked to perfection. Perfect for a quick dessert or snack!

- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- ½ cup marshmallow cream (such as Marshmallow Fluff®)
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare Skillet:
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. - Assemble Quesadillas:
- Spread 1 ½ teaspoons of peanut butter onto one side of each tortilla.
- On two of the tortillas, spread the marshmallow cream evenly over the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup chocolate chips on top of the marshmallow cream.
- Place the remaining tortillas on top, peanut butter side down, to form the quesadillas.
- Cook Quesadillas:
Cook the quesadillas in the hot skillet until lightly browned and the chocolate chips have melted, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. - Serve:
Slice and serve warm.

- Yield: 2 quesadillas (1 per serving)
- Recipe Tip: Substitute ½ cup of miniature marshmallows for the marshmallow cream if preferred.
