Description

These adorable Easter Bunny Pretzels are a fun and festive treat perfect for Easter celebrations! Crunchy pretzels are coated in sweet white chocolate, decorated with pastel-colored candies, and shaped like cute bunnies. A fun and delicious treat for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 pretzel rods (or mini pretzels)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (or white chocolate melts)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, to help with melting)
  • Pastel-colored candy melts (optional for decoration)
  • Candy eyes (or mini chocolate chips for eyes)
  • Pink or red candy for the nose (such as M&Ms, jelly beans, or pink candy melts)
  • Sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the White Chocolate:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
    • If you’re using candy melts, melt them according to package directions.
  2. Dip the Pretzels:
    • Dip each pretzel rod (or mini pretzels) into the melted white chocolate, coating it about 3/4 of the way. Use a spoon to drizzle the chocolate over the pretzel, if needed.
    • Place the dipped pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Decorate the Bunny Faces:
    • While the chocolate is still soft, place candy eyes near the top of the pretzel to create bunny eyes.
    • Add a small piece of pink or red candy to the center for the bunny nose.
    • Use pastel-colored candy melts to add bunny ears or any other fun detail you’d like. You can melt different candy melts in a piping bag to create small bunny ears on the pretzel.
  4. Let the Pretzels Set:
    • Allow the pretzels to set at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes, or you can place them in the fridge for about 10 minutes to speed up the setting process.
  5. Optional Decorations:
    • Once the chocolate is set, you can add sprinkles or edible glitter to give the pretzels a festive touch.
  6. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Once completely set, the Easter Bunny Pretzels are ready to be served! Enjoy them as an Easter snack or give them away as a sweet gift.

Notes

  • For a more colorful look, you can use a variety of colored sprinkles or candy melts to create different bunny styles.
  • If you’re making these for a party, consider packaging them individually in clear cellophane bags tied with a ribbon for an easy, cute gift.
