Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- ½ cup pastel sprinkles (plus extra for decoration)
- Non-stick cooking spray (for shaping)
Instructions

Melt the Butter and Marshmallows:
In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat. -
Mix in Cereal:
Stir the Rice Krispies cereal into the melted marshmallow mixture until well combined. Gently fold in the pastel sprinkles. -
Shape into Eggs:
Lightly coat your hands with non-stick cooking spray. Scoop about ¼ cup of the mixture and shape it into an egg shape. Place the shaped treats on a parchment-lined tray. -
Decorate:
Press additional pastel sprinkles gently onto the surface of each egg for decoration. -
Set:
Allow the treats to cool and set for 15-20 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, let the treats cool completely before handling to avoid them becoming too sticky.
- You can also use cookie cutters in the shape of eggs to press out uniform shapes.
- For extra fun, add mini chocolate eggs or candy inside each treat.
