Ingredients

Scale

For the Pie:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O
  • 3 cups boiling water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)
  • 3 cups cold water (1 cup per Jell-O flavor)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping

For Decoration:

  • Whipped cream
  • Pastel sprinkles
  • Candy eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lemon Layer:

    • Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
    • Add 1 cup cold water and let it cool slightly.
    • Mix in ⅓ of the cream cheese and ½ cup whipped topping, stirring until smooth.
    • Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  2. Prepare the Blue Layer:

    • Repeat the same process with the berry blue Jell-O, dissolving it in 1 cup boiling water.
    • Add 1 cup cold water and mix in ⅓ of the cream cheese and ½ cup whipped topping.
    • Gently pour the blue mixture over the set lemon layer, using a spoon to prevent splashing.
    • Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Grape Layer:

    • Follow the same steps with the grape Jell-O, dissolving it in 1 cup boiling water.
    • Stir in 1 cup cold water, then mix with the remaining cream cheese and whipped topping.
    • Carefully pour over the set blue layer.
    • Chill for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  4. Decorate and Serve:

    • Just before serving, decorate with whipped cream, pastel sprinkles, and candy eggs.
    • Slice and enjoy this creamy, colorful treat!

Notes

  • Ensure each layer sets for at least 30 minutes before adding the next layer to avoid mixing colors.
  • You can use any pre-made crust for convenience, but a graham cracker crust adds a nice crunch to the soft layers.
  • To add extra flavor, you can try mixing different fruit-flavored Jell-O for the layers.
