Description

A simple and fun campfire dessert where bananas are stuffed with chocolate and marshmallows, then wrapped in foil and cooked over the fire until gooey and delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, caramel sauce
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat campfire or grill to medium heat.
  2. Slice each banana lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  3. Gently open the banana and stuff with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  4. Wrap each stuffed banana tightly in aluminum foil.
  5. Place foil-wrapped bananas on hot coals or grill for about 10-15 minutes until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
  6. Carefully unwrap and add optional toppings before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas for best results.
  • Try adding peanut butter or caramel inside the bananas.
