Description
A simple and fun campfire dessert where bananas are stuffed with chocolate and marshmallows, then wrapped in foil and cooked over the fire until gooey and delicious.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, caramel sauce
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat campfire or grill to medium heat.
- Slice each banana lengthwise, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Gently open the banana and stuff with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Wrap each stuffed banana tightly in aluminum foil.
- Place foil-wrapped bananas on hot coals or grill for about 10-15 minutes until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
- Carefully unwrap and add optional toppings before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas for best results.
- Try adding peanut butter or caramel inside the bananas.
- Make sure foil is tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
