Description

Chocolate Biscuit Bombs are a simple and decadent treat that can be whipped up in minutes with just two main ingredients! These chocolate-filled delights are perfect for brunch, dessert, or whenever you crave a quick and satisfying sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 ounces/462g) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits (8 count) or similar product
  • 1 cup (170g) chocolate chips (any kind)
  • ½ cup (57g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 tablespoons heavy whipping cream or milk

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9-inch round cake pan or pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands. Place about 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the chocolate chips, sealing them inside, and gently roll into a ball shape.
  • Bake: Arrange the chocolate-filled biscuit balls in the prepared pan. Bake for 12-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown. Allow them to cool for at least 10 minutes before icing or serving.
  • Make the Glaze: While the biscuit bombs are cooling, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and enough heavy cream (or milk) to create a pourable glaze consistency.
  • Serve: Drizzle the glaze over the cooled biscuit bombs, or serve them plain. Enjoy them warm or at room temperature. Store any leftovers loosely covered for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 2 days.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of heavy cream in the glaze to achieve your desired consistency.
