  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles, being careful not to overmix.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Top with extra sprinkles.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve!
