  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan or pie dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and lemon juice until smooth.
