Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey (or plant-based ground meat)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk, then add mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with tater tots and cheese.
