Description

A refreshing and light beverage made with green tea and the crisp sweetness of apple juice. Perfect for a cool, healthy drink on a hot day or as a flavorful alternative to sugary sodas.


Ingredients

  • 2 green tea bags
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup apple juice (preferably fresh or 100% pure apple juice)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes
  • Apple slices for garnish (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then remove from heat. Add the green tea bags and steep for about 3–5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
  2. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature, or place it in the fridge to speed up the process.
  3. Once cooled, stir in the apple juice and honey (if using). Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more honey if desired.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the iced apple green tea over the ice.
  5. Garnish with apple slices and mint leaves if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a more intense apple flavor, you can substitute apple juice with fresh apple cider.
  • If you prefer a stronger tea flavor, steep the green tea for a few more minutes.
  • For a twist, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice or a dash of cinnamon.
