- 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated croissant dough (or puff pastry dough)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (for brushing)
- Salt, to taste (for sprinkling)

Make the Garlic Butter:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and oregano (if using).
- Set aside.

Prepare the Dough:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a standard muffin tin with butter or cooking spray.
- Unroll the croissant dough and separate into individual triangles.
- Brush each triangle with the garlic butter mixture, making sure the entire surface is coated.

Assemble the Cruffins:
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the garlic butter-coated croissant triangles.
- Starting from the wide end of the triangle, carefully roll up each dough piece tightly like a croissant.
- Place the rolled-up croissants in the muffin tin, standing up vertically.

Bake the Cruffins:
- Brush the tops of the cruffins with the remaining melted butter.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
