Description

  • This Easy Kinder Bueno Tiramisu is a delicious twist on the classic Italian dessert. With layers of creamy mascarpone, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and the irresistible flavor of Kinder Bueno chocolate, this dessert is a sweet, indulgent treat that’s sure to impress. Perfect for special occasions or a sweet ending to any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack of Kinder Bueno (about 46 bars, depending on size)

  • 1 cup strong coffee (cooled)

  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)

  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)

  • 1 package of ladyfingers (about 24)

  • 1/4 cup milk (optional for soaking the ladyfingers)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coffee Mixture:

    • Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature. If you’re using coffee liqueur, mix it into the coffee. This will be the mixture used to soak the ladyfingers.

  2. Make the Mascarpone Cream:

    • In a large bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. Set this aside.

  3. Prepare the Kinder Bueno:

    • Chop the Kinder Bueno bars into small pieces. Set them aside for layering.

  4. Assemble the Tiramisu:

    • Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the cooled coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them too long. Layer the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish (about 9×9-inch or similar size).

    • Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.

    • Sprinkle a handful of chopped Kinder Bueno pieces over the cream layer.

    • Repeat the process to create a second layer of soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and chopped Kinder Bueno.

  5. Chill and Serve:

    • After the final layer is assembled, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.

    • Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to firm up.

  6. Serve:

    • Serve chilled and enjoy the indulgent flavor of this Easy Kinder Bueno Tiramisu! You can garnish it with additional Kinder Bueno pieces or chocolate shavings for an extra touch.

Notes

  • If you prefer a lighter version, you can substitute the mascarpone with Greek yogurt or whipped cream cheese.

  • You can also use chocolate syrup or melted chocolate instead of cocoa powder for a different flavor.

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, feel free to use espresso instead of regular coffee.

  • If you’re making this for a group or special occasion, consider doubling the recipe for a larger serving dish.
