Description

  • This Easy Kinder Bueno Tiramisu is a delicious twist on the classic Italian dessert. With layers of creamy mascarpone, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and the irresistible flavor of Kinder Bueno chocolate, this dessert is a sweet, indulgent treat thatโ€™s sure to impress. Perfect for special occasions or a sweet ending to any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pack of Kinder Bueno (about 4-6 bars, depending on size)

  • 1 cup strong coffee (cooled)

  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)

  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)

  • 1 package of ladyfingers (about 24)

  • 1/4 cup milk (optional for soaking the ladyfingers)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coffee Mixture:

    • Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature. If youโ€™re using coffee liqueur, mix it into the coffee. This will be the mixture used to soak the ladyfingers.

  2. Make the Mascarpone Cream:

    • In a large bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. Set this aside.

  3. Prepare the Kinder Bueno:

    • Chop the Kinder Bueno bars into small pieces. Set them aside for layering.

  4. Assemble the Tiramisu:

    • Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the cooled coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them too long. Layer the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish (about 9ร—9-inch or similar size).

    • Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.

    • Sprinkle a handful of chopped Kinder Bueno pieces over the cream layer.

    • Repeat the process to create a second layer of soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and chopped Kinder Bueno.

  5. Chill and Serve:

    • After the final layer is assembled, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder for a finishing touch.

    • Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to firm up.

  6. Serve:

    • Serve chilled and enjoy the indulgent flavor of this Easy Kinder Bueno Tiramisu! You can garnish it with additional Kinder Bueno pieces or chocolate shavings for an extra touch.

Notes

  • If you prefer a lighter version, you can substitute the mascarpone with Greek yogurt or whipped cream cheese.

  • You can also use chocolate syrup or melted chocolate instead of cocoa powder for a different flavor.

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, feel free to use espresso instead of regular coffee.

  • If youโ€™re making this for a group or special occasion, consider doubling the recipe for a larger serving dish.
