Description

These easy Valentine’s Day patties are a delightful treat to share with your loved ones! With a crispy exterior and a soft, sweet filling, these patties are perfect for any Valentine’s Day celebration. Make them in minutes, and enjoy the love!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • Red and pink chocolate melts or candy coating
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Patty Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, cocoa powder, peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined. Gradually add the graham cracker crumbs and mix until the mixture comes together and is firm enough to roll into patties.
  2. Shape the Patties: Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in size) and then flatten them into patties with your hands. Place the patties onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the red and pink chocolate melts or candy coating according to package instructions.
  4. Coat the Patties: Dip each patty into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place the coated patties back onto the baking sheet.
  5. Add Sprinkles: While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle Valentine’s Day sprinkles on top of the patties for a festive touch.
  6. Set and Serve: Let the patties cool completely until the chocolate hardens. Once set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Notes

  • For a more indulgent option, add crushed pretzels or nuts into the patty mixture for added crunch.
  • You can also use white or milk chocolate instead of red or pink candy melts for a different look.
