- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- For the topping: 1/4 cup Nutella or hazelnut spread
- For the drizzle: 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the cinnamon rolls: Open the refrigerated cinnamon roll dough and unroll each roll. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread this mixture evenly over each roll.
- Fill with Ferrero Rocher: Sprinkle the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chocolate chips, and crushed hazelnuts evenly over the cinnamon rolls, pressing them lightly into the dough.
- Roll up and bake: Roll each cinnamon roll up tightly and place them in the prepared baking dish. Bake according to the package instructions (usually about 25-30 minutes) until golden brown and cooked through.
- Top with Nutella: While the rolls are baking, warm the Nutella or hazelnut spread in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds to soften. Drizzle it generously over the warm rolls as soon as they come out of the oven.
- Drizzle with chocolate: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzle over the rolls for that extra chocolatey goodness.
