Instructions

    • In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.

    • Stir in Dijon mustard, beef broth, and heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
    • Cook the sauce for 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
    • Season with salt to taste.
  • Assemble and Serve:
    • Pour the creamy peppercorn sauce over the filet mignon.
    • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
    • Serve with mashed potatoes and a side of greens.
