Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Clean and dry the potatoes. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place them into a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the seasonings. Toss everything together until the potato slices are evenly coated.
- Arrange the slices in the air fryer basket, allowing them to overlap slightly.
- Cook at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, tossing the potatoes every 5 minutes for even cooking.
