Chewy and sweet bars made with peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and crispy rice cereal—reminiscent of the classic Fluffernutter sandwich in a convenient bar form.

- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff (marshmallow creme)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add peanut butter and marshmallow fluff to the melted butter and stir until smooth and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Let cool at room temperature for at least 1 hour or until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top before pressing into the pan.
- Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Substitute peanut butter with almond or sunflower butter for allergy-friendly versions.
