Description

Chewy and sweet bars made with peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and crispy rice cereal—reminiscent of the classic Fluffernutter sandwich in a convenient bar form.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff (marshmallow creme)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add peanut butter and marshmallow fluff to the melted butter and stir until smooth and combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Let cool at room temperature for at least 1 hour or until set.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top before pressing into the pan.
