Description

A refreshing and healthy dessert made from a large watermelon, layered with vibrant fruits, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 cup cherries

Instructions

  • Slice the top and bottom off the watermelon to create a stable base. Cut the watermelon into three even tiers, shaping each into rounds.
  • Stack the watermelon tiers on top of each other to form a cake shape.
  • Arrange the fruits around each tier of the watermelon, alternating colors and textures for a beautiful display.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top for an extra pop of color.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the sweet, refreshing combination of fresh fruit.

Notes
