Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the blueberries thoroughly, removing any stems.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  3. Dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Place the dipped blueberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  5. Freeze the blueberries for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt is firm.
  6. Store the frozen yogurt-dipped blueberries in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, roll the dipped blueberries in chopped nuts, granola, or shredded coconut before freezing.
  • Use any flavor of yogurt you prefer, such as vanilla or flavored Greek yogurt.
  • These can be eaten as a healthy snack or added to smoothies for extra texture and flavor.
