  • 1 cup ricotta cheese, drained
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese

For the Topping:

  • Mixed fresh fruits (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, diced peaches, watermelon cubes)
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare Cannoli Shells: Combine flour, sugar, salt, and butter in a bowl. Add egg yolk and wine or water. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic wrap, and let it rest for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough, cut into circles, wrap around metal cannoli tubes, and seal edges with water. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Make Filling: Mix ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  • Assemble Cannoli: Pipe filling into cooled cannoli shells. Top with fresh fruits.
