- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (or lemon juice)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and mango.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Sprinkle chopped mint on top if using.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

- Use any combination of fresh, ripe fruits you like.
- Best enjoyed the same day, as fruits release juice over time.
- Add bananas just before serving to avoid browning.
