Description

A refreshing and colorful fruit salad made with a mix of seasonal fruits. Perfect for a light snack, side dish, or dessert! This easy recipe can be customized with your favorite fruits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruit by cutting, slicing, and hulling as needed.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruit.
  3. If desired, drizzle with honey and toss gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with chopped fresh mint if desired.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any fruits you prefer or have available, such as mango, kiwi, or melon.
  • For a lighter version, you can skip the honey or use a sugar substitute.
  • To prevent the bananas from browning, add them last and serve immediately or after chilling.
