- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the fruit by cutting, slicing, and hulling as needed.
- In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruit.
- If desired, drizzle with honey and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with chopped fresh mint if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use any fruits you prefer or have available, such as mango, kiwi, or melon.
- For a lighter version, you can skip the honey or use a sugar substitute.
- To prevent the bananas from browning, add them last and serve immediately or after chilling.
