Description

A festive and colorful vanilla funfetti cake decorated like a flag with whipped cream and fresh berries, perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix (or homemade vanilla cake batter)
  • 1 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake batter according to package instructions or recipe.
  2. Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles into the batter.
  3. Bake in a greased 9ร—13-inch pan at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
