Description

  • 1/4 cup olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the Baguette: Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices and place them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Prepare Garlic Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil (or melted butter) with the minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. If you’re adding Parmesan cheese, mix that in as well.
  • Brush the Slices: Using a pastry brush, generously brush each slice of bread with the garlic and oil mixture, ensuring that each slice is coated.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the bread is golden and crispy.
