Description

Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are a savory, satisfying dish that combines seasoned ground beef, gooey cheese, and a buttery, garlicky crust all rolled up into a delicious, easy-to-make bite-sized meal. Perfect for a fun dinner or a crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Pickles, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
  4. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic. Set aside.
  5. Place the tortillas on a flat surface and evenly divide the cooked beef mixture among them. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.
  6. Roll each tortilla up tightly, ensuring the filling is wrapped securely.
  7. Brush each rollup with the melted garlic butter mixture and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels. Garnish with pickles if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • If you prefer a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • For a different cheese combination, try using pepper jack or provolone for a unique flavor.
  • These rollups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
