Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Pickles, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic. Set aside.
- Place the tortillas on a flat surface and evenly divide the cooked beef mixture among them. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.
- Roll each tortilla up tightly, ensuring the filling is wrapped securely.
- Brush each rollup with the melted garlic butter mixture and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels. Garnish with pickles if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- If you prefer a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
- For a different cheese combination, try using pepper jack or provolone for a unique flavor.
- These rollups can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
