Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken Balls:

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (for frying)

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (optional, for a tangy twist)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 8 oz Pasta (any variety, but fettuccine or spaghetti works best)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Make the Chicken Balls:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    • Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-inch in size.
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken balls in batches, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through (about 8-10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Garlic Butter Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
    • Add the cooked chicken balls back into the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter sauce. Add lemon juice if using and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Keep warm.
  3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
    • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
    • In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
    • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Toss the cooked pasta into the creamy Parmesan sauce, coating it well.
  4. Assemble:
    • Serve the creamy Parmesan pasta with the garlic butter chicken balls on top. Garnish with additional parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute the ground chicken with ground turkey if preferred.
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream in the pasta.
  • The garlic butter sauce can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
