Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz twisted pasta (fusilli or rotini)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter for the sauce. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
  6. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve pasta topped with garlic butter chicken bites. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
  • If you prefer a milder dish, reduce or omit the crushed red pepper flakes.
  • For extra creaminess, you can add more heavy cream or Parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with a side of garlic bread for the ultimate comfort food experience.
