Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for grilling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the steaks and shrimp with a little olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. For the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and fresh parsley. Set aside.
  3. Grill the steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for your preferred doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  4. While the steaks are resting, grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  5. Drizzle the garlic butter over the grilled steaks and shrimp just before serving. Garnish with additional fresh parsley if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables or mashed potatoes.
