  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the Mushrooms: In a large bowl, toss the cleaned mushrooms with melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, thyme (or rosemary), salt, and pepper until the mushrooms are well coated.
  • Roast the Mushrooms: Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet. Ensure they are not overcrowded to allow for even roasting. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender.
  • Serve: Once roasted, remove the mushrooms from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
