Ingredients
- Steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
- Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Egg noodles (or any noodles of choice)
- Butter
- Garlic, minced
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil

- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Season the steak slices with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, toss everything together, and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.

- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free noodles and tamari instead of soy sauce.
