- 1 cup snap peas or green beans

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tsp soy sauce or lemon juice
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Add broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots, and mushrooms.
- Stir-fry vegetables for 5–7 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Season with salt and pepper, and add soy sauce or lemon juice if desired.
- Toss well and cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately as a side dish or over rice/quinoa for a light meal.

- Feel free to swap vegetables based on preference or seasonality.
- For extra protein, add tofu cubes or cooked chicken strips.
