These bite-sized, savory delights feature seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and a delicious garlic butter glaze all wrapped in a soft, golden bun. Whether you’re serving them at a party or making a quick dinner, these cheeseburger bites are sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (85% lean or higher)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 small dinner rolls (or slider buns)
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (cut in half to fit the rolls)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the beef:
    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
    • Shape the beef mixture into small patties, about the size of the buns, ensuring that they will fit perfectly when assembled.
  3. Cook the beef patties:
    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
    • Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Prepare the garlic butter:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and minced garlic. Set aside.
  5. Assemble the bites:
    • Slice the dinner rolls (or slider buns) in half. Place the bottom halves on the prepared baking sheet.
    • Place a cooked beef patty on each bun.
    • Add a half slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty.
    • Brush the tops of the rolls with the garlic butter mixture, then place the top halves of the buns on top.
  6. Bake:
    • Place the assembled garlic cheeseburger bites in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the buns are golden and the cheese has melted.
  7. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use other cheeses like Swiss, American, or provolone for a different flavor.
  • For an extra kick, add a few slices of pickles or a drizzle of your favorite sauce (like ketchup or mustard) before serving.
  • These cheeseburger bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
