Instructions

  3. Add the chopped bok choy and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 4–5 minutes, until the bok choy wilts and softens.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. Pour the sauce over the bok choy and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired, before serving.
