With just a few simple ingredients, you can create an irresistible garlic sauce that coats each noodle to perfection. Ready in under 30 minutes, this dish is sure to become a family favorite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225g) noodles (preferably egg noodles or spaghetti)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Add red pepper flakes for a touch of heat if desired. Cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss them in the garlic sauce until well coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use any type of noodles you prefer; egg noodles or spaghetti work well.
  • For a vegan version, omit the butter and Parmesan cheese, and use a plant-based alternative.
  • If you want a richer flavor, feel free to add a splash of chicken or vegetable broth to the sauce.
