Description

This delicious Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes dish combines tender chicken breasts with crispy potatoes, all coated in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner, it’s sure to satisfy the whole family!

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 45 small/medium-sized potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt (for potatoes)
  • Pepper (for potatoes)
  • Garlic powder (for potatoes)
  • Paprika (for potatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for chicken)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (for chicken)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (for chicken)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (for chicken)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (for chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (to taste)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare Potatoes: Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Cook Potatoes: Cook the potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking them a couple of times during cooking.
  • Prepare Chicken: Cut chicken breasts into small cubes. Season with 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook Chicken: Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Add Garlic and Sauce: Add minced garlic and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to the skillet, stirring to coat the chicken.
  • Combine: Once potatoes are done, add them to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  • Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and either place a lid on the skillet until the cheese melts or broil in the oven until melted.
