  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  • Incorporate Milk: Once combined, add the milk and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Shape the Loaves: Shape the mixture into four mini loaves.
  • Prepare for Baking: Place the loaves on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. If desired, sprinkle the top of each loaf with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaves reaches 165°F (74°C).
