- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Incorporate Milk: Once combined, add the milk and mix until fully incorporated.
- Shape the Loaves: Shape the mixture into four mini loaves.
- Prepare for Baking: Place the loaves on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. If desired, sprinkle the top of each loaf with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaves reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and Serve: Remove from the oven and let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.
