- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add Milk: Stir in the milk until fully incorporated.
- Shape Loaves: Form the mixture into four mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
- Add Oil and Cheese: Drizzle olive oil over each meatloaf. If desired, sprinkle the top with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and Serve: Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Fresh herbs can be used instead of dried oregano for a more vibrant flavor.
- For a lower-fat option, use lean ground chicken or turkey and reduce or omit the cheese.
- You can freeze uncooked meatloaves for later use. Bake from frozen, adding extra time as needed.
