Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare Mixture: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Add Milk: Stir in the milk until fully incorporated.
  • Shape Loaves: Form the mixture into four mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Add Oil and Cheese: Drizzle olive oil over each meatloaf. If desired, sprinkle the top with grated mozzarella cheese.
