For the Chicken & Steak:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 ribeye steaks, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
For the Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk (more if needed for consistency)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes:
Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add sour cream, milk, and butter. Mash until smooth, adding more milk if needed for desired creaminess.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. - Prepare the Chicken & Steak:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the cubed chicken and steak with olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly coated. - Assemble the Bake:
Spread the cheesy loaded mashed potatoes evenly in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer the seasoned chicken and steak cubes over the mashed potatoes. - Bake:
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken and steak are cooked through and golden on top. - Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, you can add more garlic or experiment with different cheeses in the mashed potatoes.
